DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Any machine found to be defective within the warranty period should be returned to Moisture Cure for repair or replacement. In the event that repairs have been attempted by a third party, Moisture Cure shall have no further responsibility to that warranty.
• Power Surge Protectors have been recommended with all our electrical appliances. Moisture Cure will take no responsibility for damage caused by sudden changes or outages in power supply.
• Proof of extended warranty must be provided with any claims. Moisture Cure offers extended warranty on dehumidifiers.
• Machines being returned for any reason must be packaged securely and clearly addressed. All water should be thoroughly removed from the machine before packaging. Moisture Cure will not be responsible for products returned damaged.
